Touch down in Edinburgh! Your tour will begin as soon as all of the group arrives- you’ll meet your guide and away you go. You’ll visit Midhope Castle (filming location of Lallybroch Castle in Outlander), and Scone Palace on your way to Pitlochry.

Today you’ll be able to soak up the Victorian vibes of the picturesque town of Pitlochry, made famous by Queen Victoria’s visits to Scotland. Visit a distillery today to learn how whisky is made and it’s importance to the culture and economy.

July 24, 2027- Arrive to the Highlands
Take a stunningly scenic drive through the Cairngorms National Park to arrive at the Highland Folk Museum. The museum is an outdoor complex with dozens of interactive buildings for you to slip back in time to experience what life was like in the Highlands throughout time. Visit Culloden Battlefield, site of the disastrous battle that cost Highlanders their way of life.

Today enjoy the stunning landscapes of the Isle of Skye on a scenic day trip. Or, if you prefer some time off of the coach, enjoy a day at leisure in Inverness.

July 26, 2027- Loch Ness
Nessie is calling! Set sail on a scenic narrated cruise of Loch Ness today, complete with radar to search for the illusive Loch Ness Monster. Visit the ruins of Urquhart Castle, one of Scotland’s most iconic strongholds nestled on the shores of Loch Ness. Your day will end in the charming lakeside town of Fort William.

July 27, 2027- Glencoe to Edinburgh
This day will reveal a gorgeous drive through the infamous Glencoe to travel south. Enjoy a stop at Stirling Castle, former home to Mary Queen of Scots and one of the largest castles in Scotland. End your coach adventure and say goodbye to your guide when you check into your Edinburgh hotel.

Today is yours to explore Edinburgh at your leisure. Choose from any of Edinburgh’s many attractions: Holyroodhouse Palace, Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh Whisky Experience, National Museum of Scotland, the Scottish National Art Gallery or the Writer’s Museum. Or perhaps enjoy a hike up Arthur’s Seat for an overlook of this phenomenal city.

July 29, 2027- Travel Home
Like all good things, our tour must come to an end. Today, you’ll fly home from Edinburgh Airport with fond memories of Scotland.
